Oscar Thistle is the King of the Faeries, and husband of Queen Neena. King Oscar is a kind and mysterious man who spends most of his time in the Royal Treehouse in Greenwood Forest, looking after his two daughters.
Although both he and his wife are members of The Elementian Council, Neena usually attends the discussions at Judgement Falls on her own. Oscar was a commoner who met Neena when they were young, and married into the Fae Royal Family. He is good friends with Queen Luna and often visits her with his family.
